Refund Policy
UTC customers who cancel an order/registration by the specified deadline (prior to the event start time or earlier as specified on the event page detail) are eligible for a full refund. Customers who cancel an order/registration after the specified deadline may receive a part refund or no refund subject to UTC's discretion.
